Each program is tailored to the patient, not to the diagnosis. Dr. Swedarsky has a strong formal education in electrodiagnostic testing and the use of ultrasound. He also has training in the neurophysiology of pain and practices osteopathic manipulation. Dr. Swedarsky is a veteran who served as a physician for wounded warriors, family members and veterans. After completing his residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, he was transferred to Joint-Base Lewis McChord, where he completed his military service obligation as Chief of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Service.

Biography: Colin Rock, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained pain management specialist who cares for patients age 18 and older. Dr. Rock addresses a spectrum of pain conditions, from amputations to fibromyalgia to trigeminal neuralgia. All along the way, he treats his patients as he would wish to be treated, with an emphasis on attentively listening to each patient. Away from work, he enjoys fine art, running and hiking.

Biography: Joseph Duong, MD, is a board-certified neurologist who welcomes the opportunity to help people and the quest for lifelong learning that his profession provides. Bear, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who provides expert surgical care for a variety of general orthopedic conditions, with particular interest in surgery of the hand. Whether he is treating a sports-related injury, a repetitive stress condition or an osteoporosis-related fracture, Dr. Bear partners with his patients to develop customized solutions that will get them back to actively living the life they love. A member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr. Bear is committed to making a difference in his patients' lives through expert, compassionate care.

Care Philosophy: John Hatheway, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained pain management specialist who cares for patients age 18 and older. Dr. Hatheway offers a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of patients with chronic pain, with an emphasis on formulating an individualized plan of care based on the patient's history, physical exam and imaging studies. He utilizes many minimally invasive interventional pain procedures to treat chronic pain. Dr. Hatheway is a member of the North American Neuromodulation Society, and American Society of Pain and Neuroscience. He has been engaged in clinical research and has authored many scientific articles on pain medicine. Away from work, Dr. Hatheway enjoys flyfishing, boating, hunting and traveling.

Biography: Dr. Mohammad Saeed, MD is a Physical Medicine /amp Rehabilitation Specialist who practices in Tacoma, WA. He is 80 years old and has been practicing for 55 years. Dr. Mohammad Saeed, MD is affiliated with St. Joseph Medical Center.

Gray, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who provides a wide range of services, including total joint replacement, trauma repair, spine surgery and sports-related orthopedic care. Johnston, MD is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in orthopedic sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, reconstructive surgery and trauma, treatment of athletic injuries, and fracture care. He enjoys caring for patients from all walks of life and strives to provide his patients with efficient, thorough and compassionate care. Dr. Johnston completed a fellowship at the Santa Monica Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Group, a FIFA Centre of Medical Excellence, where he served as the team physician for the L.A. Galaxy and Chivas USA Major League Soccer teams, the U.S. Men's and Women's National Soccer Teams and the Pepperdine University and Santa Monica Community College athletic departments. Dr. Johnston is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine.
