Biography: Katlen Rosen, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner serving pediatric patients at LewisGale Physicians in Salem, Virginia. Ms. Rosen earned her Master of ScienceFamily Nurse Practitioner at Radford University Carilion and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jefferson College of Health Sciences. Additionally, Ms. Rosen is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. Ms. Rosen is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She provides compassionate care for patients from birth through adolescence, including well-care checkups, immunizations, same-day sick visits, and neonatal services. Prior to joining LewisGale Physicians, Ms. Rosen spent seven years as a registered nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit and emergency department at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
