Bear, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who provides expert surgical care for a variety of general orthopedic conditions, with particular interest in surgery of the hand. Whether he is treating a sports-related injury, a repetitive stress condition or an osteoporosis-related fracture, Dr. Bear partners with his patients to develop customized solutions that will get them back to actively living the life they love. A member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr. Bear is committed to making a difference in his patients' lives through expert, compassionate care.

Care Philosophy: My goal is early diagnosis of the type of Arthritis and initiation of treatment to prevent further damage to the joints. I believe in empowering my patients with the latest knowledge and research about different disease states, which helps in medical decision-making and keeping them functional to enjoy life to the fullest.

Care Philosophy: Erin Moyer, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Moyer began her orthopedic practice as an active duty surgeon in the United States Navy, serving the sailors and marines of Camp Lejeune, both stateside and in combat while deployed to Afghanistan. She has specialty interests in trauma, sports medicine and all facets of general orthopedics. _x000D_ Dr. Moyer first became interested in the field of orthopedics, and sports injuries specifically, as an all-state Virginia high school basketball standout and a varsity basketball athlete at Johns Hopkins University. Her undergraduate studies in biomedical engineering further fueled her desire to pursue orthopedics as a career. _x000D_ In her off-hours, Dr. Moyer enjoys spending time with her son, playing piano, recreational basketball, golf, snowboarding and traveling. _x000D_

Biography: Peter Lundblad, MD, is a board-certified family and sports medicine physician. Dr. Lundblad focuses on injury prevention and management of the injured athlete, with an emphasis on returning athletes to pre-injury functional levels. He also specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and disposition of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. _x000D_ Dr. Lundblad is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a member of the Uniformed Services Academy of Family Physicians. He holds a Certificate of Additional Qualifications in Sports Medicine.

Care Philosophy: Dawson Brown, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a special interest in sports medicine and open and complex shoulder reconstruction. _x000D_ Dr. Brown believes in giving his patients time; not only to adequately hear their symptoms, concerns and goals, but also to provide them education and insight into their condition so they can make informed decisions about their treatment. Biography: Dr. Guy Klein is an Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training and expertise in both adult reconstruction (hip and knee replacement) and orthopedic trauma (the care of adult and pediatric fractures). Dr. Klein utilizes a muscle sparing, minimally invasive anterior approach for hip replacement to help patient go through the surgery process with less pain and a more rapid recovery. During his fellowship training at Charleston Area Medical Center, Dr. Klein developed expertise in complex primary and revision (re-do) hip and knee replacement. He was also part of the orthopedic trauma team at this busy level 1 trauma center that took care of many severe adult and pediatric fractures. Prior to fellowship training, Dr. Klein performed his orthopedic residency training at University Hospitals of Cleveland and attended medical school at Ohio University. Dr. Klein performs hip and knee replacement with minimally invasive and cutting edge techniques. He utilizes an advanced, ``state of the art`` protocol to help control patient's pain after surgery. Dr. Klein specializes in hip and knee joint replacement as well as adult and pediatric fracture care. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), the International Congress for Joint Reconstruction (ICJR), and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). He has presented orthopedic research at national and international meetings. His many research articles and book chapters have been published in national orthopedic journals including the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery (JBJS) and the Journal of Pediatric Orthopaedics.

Biography: Perry Mostov, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive primary care. He also specializes in wound care.For Dr. Mostov, his favorite aspect of his work as a physician is hearing his patients' stories and discovering how their stories impact their health. He strives to learn what is most important to his patients so that he can deliver personalized medicine tailored to their concerns and goals.Away from work, Dr. Mostov enjoys exercise such as swimming, cycling and rowing, along with reading and spending time with his family.

Biography: Jillian Worth, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with special medical interests in eating disorders, adolescent health, women's health and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ) Care. _x000D_ Dr. Worth especially enjoys working with adolescents and helping them to feel comfortable enough to share their concerns. She loves her ``Good Doctor Days,`` which she defines as those days when she feels connected with her patients and helps them find their own strength and do their own healing. _x000D_ Away from work, Dr. Worth enjoys hiking, biking and playing roller hockey with her husband and two sons.

Biography: Michael F. Tomberg, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive primary care. Other special medical interests include mind and body medicine, adolescent health, and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ) care. _x000D_ Dr. Tomberg strives to tap into the strengths of each individual, which he believes can help them to live a healthier and happier life. This involves listening to a patient's story and allowing the patient to learn something very important about themselves during the process. He especially enjoys working with adolescents to forge healthy habits for a lifetime. _x000D_ Away from work, Dr. Tomberg enjoys skiing, meditation, singing and general family antics.

Biography: Jacob Mathew, MD is a fellowship trained, board-certified hematologist/oncologist who believes we are born with essential dignity and his goal is to preserve that dignity, at times using his medical knowledge and at other times just being there for his fellow man. Dr. Mathew believes that the practice of medicine should be evidence-based while simultaneously incorporating the art of medicine. To him, the art of medicine means he needs to be the advocate for his patients. He also hopes to empower his patients to play a pivotal role in their medical care and decision making by teaching them at least the basics of their disease.

Care Philosophy: Ronald Dommermuth, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician. He is fellowship trained in family medicine obstetrics with an interest in preventive health and women’s health. He strives to build long-term relationships with his patients to optimize shared decision-making and to be their home base for preventive and acute care, chronic disease management and referrals to specialty care. Dr. Dommermuth is a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine, Uniformed Services Academy of Family Medicine, Society of Teachers of Family Medicine, and American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.

Biography: David Cowan, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who cares for patients of all ages. His special medical interests include preventive medicine and preventive cardiology; management of lipid disorders; nutrition and fitness; and child nutrition.Dr. Cowan enjoys following patients over time and treating multiple generations of a family. He listens carefully to the story each patient tells about their symptoms and concerns, then identifies an approach to treatment that is holistic, harnessing the body's own capacity to heal.Dr. Cowan is a member of the American and Washington Academies of Family Practice. He is a founding member of Healthier Kids Bainbridge, a group focuses on improving food and health education in the schools.Dr. Cowan and his family enjoy theater, music, winter sports and cooking. He also works on vintage Volvos for fun.

Care Philosophy: Christopher Quarles, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician who cares for patients from infancy through geriatrics. Dr. Quarles strives to deliver quality care with an emphasis on preventive health and continuity of care. He partners with his patients to improve their health and the health of their families. Dr. Quarles is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, American Medical Association and American Association for Physician Leadership. He served 27 years with the U.S. Navy, including two years as commanding officer at Naval Hospital Bremerton. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, running and reading.
