Dr. Brown took the time to explain my X-Ray films, and to explain exactly what surgery would entail. We were very impressed with his professionalism and his concern for my health. De. Brown really LISTENED to me when I had concerns and validated them we agreed that there was something horribly wrong & completed a revision of my shoulder due to re-injury during PT.

I've had shoulder problems since 1973 and I have seen a lot of orthopaedists over those years. I've had plenty of physical therapy, as well. Over half a century, I've seen doctors in large medical centers - New York, Los Angeles, Houston - and Seattle. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised at the knowledge, skill, and professionalism of Dr. Brown - in Silverdale! Lovely surprise. He has a wonderful manner and knows how to explain his diagnoses and treatment plan with the patient AT THEIR LEVEL. That's refreshing and really gives one a good impression of his approach to patient care as well as his ability to understand the level of sophistication of the patient. Excellent communication from this doctor - and his fund of knowledge and capacity to grasp a complicated problem and weave it into a comprehensive overview is outstanding. I'm very impressed with Dr. Brown - and I have a very high bar for myself as a clinician and for my doctors.

Dr. Brown was great. He's an excellent listener and really took the time to understand where I'm at with my recovery from surgery. He was also very understanding of my surgical needs and in explaining what I would be going through during the preop visit. I feel very confident in his medical/surgical skills and and very comfortable having him as my doctor. I would definitely refer him and have referred him to other people

Dr Brown is an excellent surgeon. His manner in his office is excellent when discussing current issue. When it comes to related issues he give a standard :We're getting older. Things start to break down and give us pain make an appointment to see me. Check with your pcp regarding other issues. He does not allow himself to get very personal or have conversations. As such, his manner is a little stifled, but at the end of the day, I was just glad he fixed my shoulder!
