Bear, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who provides expert surgical care for a variety of general orthopedic conditions, with particular interest in surgery of the hand. Whether he is treating a sports-related injury, a repetitive stress condition or an osteoporosis-related fracture, Dr. Bear partners with his patients to develop customized solutions that will get them back to actively living the life they love. I don't always save lives, but I believe as a hand surgeon I am saving lifestyles—allowing all people to get back to doing what makes them happy as best they can—whether that is a hobby, an occupation, a sport or caring for their loved ones.

Care Philosophy: My goal is early diagnosis of the type of Arthritis and initiation of treatment to prevent further damage to the joints. Care Philosophy: Erin Moyer, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Moyer began her orthopedic practice as an active duty surgeon in the United States Navy, serving the sailors and marines of Camp Lejeune, both stateside and in combat while deployed to Afghanistan. She has specialty interests in trauma, sports medicine and all facets of general orthopedics. _x000D_ Dr. Moyer first became interested in the field of orthopedics, and sports injuries specifically, as an all-state Virginia high school basketball standout and a varsity basketball athlete at Johns Hopkins University. Her undergraduate studies in biomedical engineering further fueled her desire to pursue orthopedics as a career. _x000D_ In her off-hours, Dr. Moyer enjoys spending time with her son, playing piano, recreational basketball, golf, snowboarding and traveling. _x000D_

Biography: Peter Lundblad, MD, is a board-certified family and sports medicine physician. Dr. Lundblad focuses on injury prevention and management of the injured athlete, with an emphasis on returning athletes to pre-injury functional levels. He also specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and disposition of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. _x000D_ Dr. Lundblad is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a member of the Uniformed Services Academy of Family Physicians. He holds a Certificate of Additional Qualifications in Sports Medicine.

Biography: Dr. Guy Klein is an Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training and expertise in both adult reconstruction (hip and knee replacement) and orthopedic trauma (the care of adult and pediatric fractures). Dr. Klein utilizes a muscle sparing, minimally invasive anterior approach for hip replacement to help patient go through the surgery process with less pain and a more rapid recovery. During his fellowship training at Charleston Area Medical Center, Dr. Klein developed expertise in complex primary and revision (re-do) hip and knee replacement. He was also part of the orthopedic trauma team at this busy level 1 trauma center that took care of many severe adult and pediatric fractures. Prior to fellowship training, Dr. Klein performed his orthopedic residency training at University Hospitals of Cleveland and attended medical school at Ohio University. Dr. Klein performs hip and knee replacement with minimally invasive and cutting edge techniques. He utilizes an advanced, ``state of the art`` protocol to help control patient's pain after surgery. Dr. Klein specializes in hip and knee joint replacement as well as adult and pediatric fracture care. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), the International Congress for Joint Reconstruction (ICJR), and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). He has presented orthopedic research at national and international meetings. His many research articles and book chapters have been published in national orthopedic journals including the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery (JBJS) and the Journal of Pediatric Orthopaedics.

Care Philosophy: Christopher Quarles, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician who cares for patients from infancy through geriatrics. Dr. Quarles strives to deliver quality care with an emphasis on preventive health and continuity of care. He partners with his patients to improve their health and the health of their families. Dr. Quarles is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, American Medical Association and American Association for Physician Leadership. He served 27 years with the U.S. Navy, including two years as commanding officer at Naval Hospital Bremerton. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, running and reading.

Biography: Adrienne Lopata, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician and a fellow of the American College of Physicians. Her focus is in primary care, with a special medical interest in working with older patients to enhance and maintain independence and quality of life.As an internist, Dr. Lopata is trained to prevent, diagnose and treat chronic disease. She partners with her patients to manage a range of chronic conditions, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid disease, kidney disease and more. She collaborates with specialists when necessary to deliver the highest-quality medical care to her patients.When she is not working, Dr. Lopata enjoys running, traveling, and playing with her dogs.

Care Philosophy: Mary Heady, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician offering quality primary care for the whole person. Dr. Heady believes each patient is the captain of his or her own ship. As such, she encourages patients to ask questions and be honest with themselves and with her so that she can assist in creating an optimal treatment plan. She encourages patients to invest in their health as they do other personal assets, so they may fully enjoy all that life has to offer. Dr. Heady is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine and American Academy of Family Physicians. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new trails, adventuring with her German shorthaired pointers, camping and gardening.

Biography: Perry Mostov, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive primary care. He also specializes in wound care.For Dr. Mostov, his favorite aspect of his work as a physician is hearing his patients' stories and discovering how their stories impact their health. He strives to learn what is most important to his patients so that he can deliver personalized medicine tailored to their concerns and goals.Away from work, Dr. Mostov enjoys exercise such as swimming, cycling and rowing, along with reading and spending time with his family.

Biography: David Cowan, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who cares for patients of all ages. Biography: Jacob Mathew, MD is a fellowship trained, board-certified hematologist/oncologist who believes we are born with essential dignity and his goal is to preserve that dignity, at times using his medical knowledge and at other times just being there for his fellow man. Dr. Mathew believes that the practice of medicine should be evidence-based while simultaneously incorporating the art of medicine. To him, the art of medicine means he needs to be the advocate for his patients. He also hopes to empower his patients to play a pivotal role in their medical care and decision making by teaching them at least the basics of their disease.
