Biography: Dr. Tjoumakaris is board certified in orthopaedic surgery with a subspecialty certification in sports medicine from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is an Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Sidney Kimmel College of Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University. He has authored numerous peer reviewed publications and book chapters in premier orthopaedic journals and lectures regionally, nationally, and internationally on his orthopaedic research. Dr. Tjoumakaris is the Associate Director of the Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship Program as well as the Associate Director of Sports Medicine Research and serves as an instructor at numerous arthroscopy courses. Dr. Tjoumakaris specializes in sports medicine and shoulder surgery with special expertise in shoulder, knee, and hip arthroscopy and reconstructive procedures.

Biography: Dr. Stache is a non-operative sports physician who treats a wide variety of athletes and non-athletes and served as a team physician for a variety of sports teams on a professional, collegiate and high school level. Dr. Stache’s particular area of interest in sports medicine is concussion management. Dr. Stache completed his fellowship and residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and he is a graduate of Jefferson Medical College. He is board certified in sports medicine and family medicine. He is also former collegiate athlete as a four year starter and letterman in football at The Johns Hopkins University. He is originally from the Pittsburgh area of southwestern Pennsylvania.
