Dr Hosny asked me what was going on, as I’m telling him all the problems I’m having and the abnormal markers on my bloodwork he spent the whole time looking down, playing with his fingers and not even acting the slightest bit interested. He look over my joints and found some painful areas. Then he said “your bloodwork meant nothing, there’s nothing wrong with you, you just have fibromyalgia… (the lump sum term of “you have pain and idk why”). Walked out with no answers. Found another doctor. Turns out I have Lymes disease, Epstein Barr bacteria, MCAS and POTS. All of this affects my immune system which is basically functioning at 0%. I swear you have to be old and dying these days for doctors to pay any attention. Save your breathe and money and go somewhere else.

Excellent
I was actually stumbling around the internet for the patient portal and saw this review of 49 and was like is that out of 50?? I'm really surprised to see these bad reviews. I've been seeing Dr. Hosny for 5+ years in Milford and a few times in Dover. He is one of the best doctors ever. He always explains and listens. I do make my appointments first in the morning because I'm very impatient but, I do that at every doctors office. The office staff has always been extremely professional and kind. The guy at the front in Milford is super helpful, even gave me a bandaid once. I go there for an infusion now and they are 100x better than bayhealth's cancer center.

Worst doctor visit ever!. First time there and Hosny was very impatient, rude and the way he spoke to me was extremely degrading. I have an autoimmune disease and he said he doesn't know what I'm expecting him to do and refused to give me any care. In my opinion, he needs to retire! He is not a specialist in the field he claims and seemed annoyed/tired of seeing patients. He totally wasted alot of my time waiting for the date of the appointment, and the long wait in his lobby before hand! I'm in severe discomfort due to my condition that he's supposed to specialize in. Also, he charged my insurance for a treatment visit when really it was a 5 minute disappoinment! I would not recommend him at all!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hosny for about 10 years. He diagnosed me with gout arthritis in about 2 minutes, but the diagnosis wasn't rushed. Dr. Hosny is simply an expert in his field, and that was all the time it took. He followed it up with an uric acid level blood test to confirm the diagnosis, but he didn't wait before prescribing me Allopurinol and Prednisone, so that I could get some relief from the symptoms. Also, I have never experienced any problems with the office staff.

He got to my room 40 min late because they’d double-booked. Spent ~5 minutes on me. Repeatedly said “that’s VERY strange” w/a frown when I explained the symptoms that got me referred to him. No questions or examining of my joint symptoms at all. He said there’s “absolutely no connection” between my other symptoms and any condition in his field, but fwiw, my other docs and even Mayo Clinic disagree. “I can do absolutely nothing for you.” Treated me like a nuisance. No follow-up allowed.

Rushed through my appointment after waiting for him 90 minutes. He had no time to speak with me after giving me his diagnosis and would not answer my questions, prescribed meds but rushed when I asked about side effects. He spent all of 2 minutes with me, so frustrating when you get a new diagnosis yet He has no time to talk about it with you. I had to go on The internet to learn about my condition because the "specialist" rushed through my appointment and found out he gave me incorrect info.

My wait time in the lobby was one hour and five minutes. I was taken back to the examine room where I waited another 45 minutes. At that point I walked out. As I was leaving I noticed the Dr and all of the office staff in another room eating pizza. No one had any idea I had even left. when I finally ran out of medication and attempted to schedule an appointment, I received a 15 minute lecture from Dr Hosney's "office manager" about the importance of keeping appointments.

The Staff have no empathy or display courteous behavior to the patient(s). These women are rude and who wants to go to a public place where you are treated with disrespect? Not me, Done! Doctor does not seem to care about the front office.

This doctor seriously needs to fire his entire front office staff. They are terrible with paperwork, don't care about what is important to patients, and put people's benefits at risk by their lack of action. There is absolutely no empathy in that office. None. It's actually embarrassing and sad, because the Dr. is either clueless about it or also doesn't care. I STRONGLY advise anyone with autoimmune disorders to find a different provider. You are just a paycheck to the people here.
