Biography: I graduated from St. Catherine University in 2021 and have 12 years of nursing experience. I work at Tria Orthopedic Spine Care Program in Stillwater and Hudson. I am passionate about helping those with neck and back pain return to activity or improve quality of life. My practice offers a collaboration between patient and clinician to determine a care plan that best fits their life.

Care Philosophy: I joined HealthPartners in 2012 following a sports medicine fellowship at Wake Forest University and an orthopedic residency at the University of Minnesota. My special interests include shoulder, knee, and hip arthroscopy. I enjoy basketball and was the Slam Dunk Champion at Princeton University in 2000 while an undergraduate. I live in St. Paul with my wife and seven children.

Care Philosophy: As a physician assistant and previous athletic trainer, I have always had a passion for orthopedics and sports medicine. I see patients with hand and wrist injuries or pain and work closely with our hand and wrist surgeons. I love caring for sports-related injuries and helping athletes return to play. I strive to provide quality, patient-centered care that fits the needs of each individual and allows them to return to the activities they love.
