Care Philosophy: Dr. Todd Siff's scope of practice ranges from treating hand, wrist, elbow, knee and lower limbs. His primary goal is to improve patients' function and allow his patients to expeditiously return to the activities that they love.

Biography: Dr. Liberman specializes in orthopedics of the hand and upper extremity. Her clinical expertise is in injection therapies, minimally invasive endoscopic and arthroscopic procedures, and nonsurgical treatments of the hand, wrist and elbow. Dr. Liberman received her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa. She then completed her orthopedic surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, and a fellowship in hand surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine in Redwood City, Calif. Dr. Liberman is the assistant program director for the Houston Methodist Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program. She is also a consulting physician for the Houston Ballet and Rice Athletics.

Biography: Dr. Luo is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a certificate of additional qualification in hand and upper extremity surgery. He was a Rice/Baylor medical scholar and has both an MD and an MBA degree. He is faculty for both Baylor College of Medicine's hand surgery fellowship and faculty for Texas Education and Research Foundation for Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Fellowship.

His expertise includes the latest and most advanced techniques for minimally invasive surgery and reconstructive treatments, as well as nonsurgical management and rehabilitation. Born in a Texas Medical Center hospital, Dr. Dimachkieh is a life-long Houstonian. He attended Rice University on an academic scholarship before completing both medical school and orthopedic surgery residency at the prestigious Baylor College of Medicine. He finished his training with a fellowship in surgery of the hand and upper extremity, which included extensive microsurgical training, at the University of Colorado. Dr. Dimachkieh is proud to serve his community, caring for patients from all walks of life, and he believes in treating his patients as if they were his own family.
