Pathetic customer service. Egoistic doctor. The doctor has an attitude of grandeur. I waited over 2 hours to see THIS doctor and was not seen. He didn't even have the decency to come talk to me when I asked to speak to him to complain.

My daughter , injured her knee her dancing. I was not happy, with the prior treatment. So,I went to East Houston Hospital, my care was excellent from their ED, by Dr Nicole Andrews. I was then referred to Dr Verma,he had great bedside manner and was thorough during his exam of her.Dr Verma is an excellent orthopedic doctor,Working in the medical field, you recognize heat care. My daughter is back dancing at full capacity. Thank for the care of my child, many blessing to you. Tanya Green PA-C

Dr. Verma is very knowledgable in his field. He spent a good amount of time in answering all my questions related to a work related hand injury I had. The procedure was done as per the schedule, my finger movement came back to normal within a week and all the post surgery follow up sessions were scheduled with ease. Dr. Verma was very thorough in examining and curing my hand injury. The skin graft saved my fingers. I will highly recommend him.
