Biography: Dr. Thomas Clark is a Family Medicine Physician who's well-versed and passionate about managing chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, metabolic syndromes, and obesity.Born and raised in Logan, Utah, Dr. Clark went to Utah State University for his undergraduate education and University of Utah for his medical doctorate. His internship and residency were completed at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, California.Outside of the office, he's an avid soccer player who plays recreationally and coached on-and-off for over 20 years. Dr. Clark has been married for 30+ years with three children and a growing family of grandkids. He enjoys helping his wife maintain her garden of 200+ varieties of iris, continually moving, and constantly learning.

Biography: Andrew Grose is a family medicine doctor who serves Providence and the surrounding communities. He grew up in Bountiful and earned his undergraduate degree from Utah Valley University. In 2019, he attended the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Grose completed his Family Medicine residency at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky.Dr. Grose enjoys the variety of patients he sees and the comprehensive care he provides. His services include the full spectrum of family medicine, sports medicine, and urgent care.In his free time, Dr. Grose enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. His hobbies include camping, hiking, watching movies, and playing basketball.
