Biography: After graduating from Nagpur University in India, Dr. Jiwani completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the State University of New York in Buffalo, N. Y. Committed to her patients and her profession, she continues attending numerous education seminars. She is an active member of the American College of Physicians and the Colorado Medical Society. She also teaches medical students from the University of Colorado Medical School. Being a native from India, she is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi. She is married and enjoys cooking, traveling and swimming.

Biography: Born in India, I was brought up in a family of engineers and businessmen. Becoming a doctor was something I wanted to do since my very early childhood. I did my med-school and training in general surgery in India prior to moving to the U.S. I spent nine years in St. Louis before moving to Denver. I moved to Denver because of the mountains.
