Care Philosophy: A note from Dr. Robinson: I remember when I was about 12, my mother gave me a pamphlet to read discussing the female reproductive system. She asked me if I had any questions but I could tell by the look on her face that she was praying I did not ask any. I could feel her discomfort about the subject and this was from a woman who had nine kids! Those subjects were just not discussed. I was born into the baby boomer generation and was raised to be a Steel Magnolia so I went to the library and read everything I could get my hands on concerning the female body and all of its capabilities. I was amazed and knew then that I wanted to study the female body and help future adolescent and adult females understand their bodies and be comfortable discussing any issues or concerns they may have. I have never regretted my decision to study and practice obstetrics and gynecology. I love the idea that I can care for my patients from the moment they are conceived into their golden years.

Biography: Mary Caroline Young Imbs, DO is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist with Woman's Health Group in the Medical Center of Houston, Texas. Dr. Imbs received both her BBA in Marketing as well as her BA in Spanish from Southern Methodist University. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Imbs completed her training with a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital.Dr. Imbs believes that practicing as an ObGyn is an honor and a privilege. While earning a coveted track scholarship to the University of Notre Dame, she received honorary distinctions as a scholar-athlete & monogram award winner. She then graduated with a degree in psychology and pre-professional studies.Dr. Steele received her 2009 medical degree from the University of Kansas. Biography: Dr. Joey England is a double board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologist and Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist. While she enjoys caring for all patients with high-risk pregnancies, she has special interest in the fields of maternal and fetal cardiac disease, diabetes, multiple gestations and substance use disorders. She received her undergraduate degree as a Chancellor's scholar at Texas Christian University and earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. The University of New Mexico awarded her the Outstanding Fellow Teaching award and she was named a Top doctor of Albuquerque during her fellowship. Since that time, she has served as an Assistant Professor at McGovern Medical School, UT Health in Houston Texas and was selected and graduated from the Academic Medical Department Leadership class. She created and co-directed the Women's Vascular and Cardiac Health Interdisciplinary Center and was named a Top doctor of Houston as voted by her peers. In 2018, she co-published her first book, Obstetrics and Gynecology Morning Report: Beyond the Pearls. She is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, serves on the March of Dimes Healthy Babies are Worth the Wait Advisory Board and is a Maternal Care Site Surveyor for the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).Dr. England enjoys spending time with her husband, two stepsons and friends. Dr. Alicia McIntosh is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist who founded Bella Obstetrics & Gynecology along with four of her colleagues in January 2020. She is originally from Waco, Texas, but moved to Fort Worth, Texas for college. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from TCU in 2004 with a degree in Chemistry. She was inducted into the national honor societies Phi Beta Kappa and Mortar Board. Dr. McIntosh had an amazing opportunity to live and study in Paris, France at La Sorbonne- University of Paris in 2002. In 2009, she earned her Medical Doctorate from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. McIntosh completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Memorial Hermann Hospital in 2013. In residency, Dr. McIntosh received the Residency Research Award for the top research project. The focus of her research was a basic science aspect of infertility. She has been in private practice since 2013. Dr. McIntosh has been honored as one of Houston's "Top Doctors" by H-Texas Magazine for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. She was also named by Texas Monthly as a Top Doctor in Texas "Rising Star" in 2017, 2018 and 2019. She was also voted one of Houstonia Magazine's Top Doctors in 2019 which is voted on by other physician peers in Houston.Dr. McIntosh has a strong passion for women's health.
