First time to see Dr Woolfolk and she is a blessing to me. I have had my share of gynecologists in my lifetime and she is the best. Took time with me to take care of my issues. Very professional. Helped me so much. I am very pleased. Thank you!

Excellent Second Opinion
I went to Dr. Woolfork for a second opinion regarding treatment for an issue. She provided much more information and options than my actual gynecologist, ordered additional tests that would guide me in making the most responsible decision for my body, and even provided referrals for different treatment options. She came off as knowledgeable and had a nice demeanor.

I have been seeing Dr. Woolfolk for more than 25 years. She is always a good listener and I trust her medical advice completely. And I rely on it, as I have numerous health complications. I could easily see any ob/gyn within a few minutes drive from home, but I drive all the way to the Medical Center just for her every year. She is worth it!

No future visits for me. Very brash and motivated by money. Stopped in the middle of my exam, to go find out how she could charge me a co-pay and increase billed charges for a non-co-pay well woman exam. Told me insurance changes every year. I said yes, but do exam that you did last year, bc there is no co-pay. I’m a nurse and work in insurance. became very shaken and tense, and was unable to relax for my exam. Also 2 of my co-workers and me were sched for endometrial biopsies in the same month

DON’T GO TO THIS PRACTICE...unless you are ready to wait over 90 mins. On 11/19/18 I had an 11 AM appointment and wasn’t called back until 12:43 PM. Front desk staff was dismissive and doc was quick to push birth control I didn’t want.

Dr. Woolfolk delivered my first baby and as mentioned in other reviews tried to push me to have a Csection. When I went to the office for my follow up visit she confused me with another patient. Years later I found out I was pregnant but suffered a miscarriage. I went to see her the next day and she proceeds to tell me I had a miscarriage because of my weight. I was already upset and distraught over the miscarriage and this sent me over the edge.

Horrible doctor! She quit on us in the middle of giving birth(I guess it was taking too long and she had somewhere to be) and transferred us to another doctor because we wanted a natural birth and refused her c-section. The other doctor delivered our amazing baby girl naturally. BEWARE. She specializes in c-sections and will not hesitate to go there. It's MUCH faster and it's considered major surgery so doctors get paid a lot more for that. We decided to go to a midwife for our second baby.

Doctor is nice, however this is the second year in a row where I'm told at the office that my insurance covers my full well women's exam and then I receive a bill in the mail after. Last year they admitted it was a mistake corrected it. This year I have spent 5 business days trying to get a hold of them & leaving voicemails without any response. The receptionist keeps putting me on hold and hanging up. It is this customer service that I will just pay the bill and not return.

Multiple phone calls and messages left and zero call backs. Requested a medication refill, which she denied and she nor her staff called to explain the reasoning. Again, I called and left a message for the Office Manager to call & still no call back. I've dealt with the incompetence and neglect of this office for too long. I would NOT ever recommend anyone to Dr. Woolfolk! Horrible staff!!!

She used to have a good nurse named Charlotte, who was so sweet and caring. She was the only reason I continued my visits for my 3rd pregnancy. Nowadays she has "KiKi" (blah). It was my 4th pregnancy and my first appointment. She asked me am I tying my tubes before congratulating me on my pregnancy. I'd NEVER tie my tubes so I was insulted. She isn't thorough and she misinformed me that I had Herpes, I was a WRECK. Took 6 more tests over 3 years and all were NEGATIVE. She's rude and careless.

On our first visit she let us wait in the waiting room for 1,5 hour. She knew she was occupied for a while (delivering a baby), but she did not manage to tell us and ask if we want to reschedule. Every time they said, 15 more minutes, we're waiting for a room now. Blabla. We walked out, I don't want to have somebody to help deliver a baby that is not on time. Afterwarsd they called and told us 1 hour wait is normal, so if you don't mind waiting and don't have a day job, good luck with Woolfolk.

I had moved to Houston and had previous medical records that showed I had a fibroid and a cyst. Dr. Woolfolk did a biopsy, drew some blood, and told me I was in Peri-menopause and was just going to have to deal with it. Now I'm worse than I've ever been and fired her as a doctor and got another doctor. This doctor did a unltrasound, a biopsy, and based on those results told me I have to have a hysterectomy right away and because of the size of my uterus and fibroid, need a C-section cut.
