Care Philosophy: Dr Amalia Stefanou is as an Assistant Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Stefanou previously worked at Henry Ford Medical Group/Henry Ford Hospital and Wayne State University School of Medicine, where she achieved the rank of Assistant Professor. Dr Stefanou received her MD degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit, Michigan, and she completed a Residency in General Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr Stefanou then completed a Colon and Rectal Surgery Residency Training Program at Cook County Hospital/University of Illinois, Chicago.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Taveras' goal is to develop strong, meaningful relationships with her pediatric patients and their families. She always strives to make her patients feel comfortable during exams and procedures and will explain medical concepts in ways they can understand. She lives for seeing her young patients grow strong, healthy and achieve every milestone along the way.

Biography: Dr. Clark was born and raised in Tampa and is the fourth generation of his family to reside here. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is an avid fisherman and enjoys fishing both in Tampa Bay and the Gulf.

Biography: Ann Holloway, DO, FACS, is a board-certified General Surgeon from Phoenix, AZ with 9 years of experience. Dr. Holloway enjoys the challenges each patient presents and works in a collaborative fashion to craft a customized treatment plan. She always treats her patients and colleagues the way she would like to be treated with kindness, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail. Dr. Holloway is proficient in a wide variety of techniques including endoscopic, laparoscopic, robotic and open surgeries, using them to perform cholecystectomies, appendectomies, hernia repairs, breast surgery, melanoma excisions, port placement, soft tissue mass excisions, and more. She is expertly adept at diagnosing and treating surgical emergencies ranging from abscesses to incarcerated hernia to perforated viscous and more. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, a Navy General Surgeon, and their 3-year-old son. They enjoy traveling, reading and trying new restaurants. She is a member of the American College of Surgeons, Association for Surgical Education, and Association of Women Surgeons. He is fluent in Spanish and English and helps patients ages 18 and older using surgical and non-surgical treatment options. He has advanced training in obesity medicine and weight-loss surgery, as well as in complex gastrointestinal and hernia surgery. He specializes in minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic techniques. Dr. Rajo was drawn to bariatric surgery because of the unique, lifelong patient-doctor relationship this specialty allows him to build. He places an emphasis on education, nutrition and exercise to move his patients toward their goals. He holds firm that surgery should not be considered an easy way out, but rather a tool that empowers patients to become the healthiest versions of themselves. In his spare time, Dr. Rajo enjoys experiencing different cultures through travel and cuisine. He enjoys live music, salsa dancing and spending time with his wife.
