I recently visited for an annual follow up. I received exceptional service during my visit and exceptional service via phone the week before. After over 15 years with Dr. Theobald I feel very comfortable that I am in good hands. The entire staff is exceptional. I am very comfortable with their professional approach and know I am in good hands. They care and it shows.

Worst doctor I've ever experienced. No compassion, no understanding, basically accused me of being an addict when I tried discussing my pain level with him. The office manager is a joke, truly the worst physician experience I've ever had.

Dr. The ovals has a wonderful bedside manner and spends time to learn about his patients. His sclerotherapy technique solved an ongoing medical problem that had previously been treated by 3 or 4 doctors/surgeons without positive result. Highly recommend!

I am so thankful for Dr. Theobald and the amazing in-office procedure to eliminate the years of hemorrhoids I had suffered with. I was not aware of this procedure and it was extremely successful and only required two office visits. I was so delighted with his service that my follow-up appointment was scheduled on my birthday and it turned out to be the best birthday gift to receive. Don't neglect this in-office procedure thinking you have to have outpatient surgery and suffer with pain. This is totally pain fee and can be done in the office. The office staff are the best and the Dr. is outstanding.

Staff was argumentative and rude. Office manager called me a liar. I wrote the doctor and he ignored me. My wife and I will find another doctor because he obviously allows his staff to abuse patients.

After having lived with this ailment for 29 years, Dr. Theobald helped me during an office visit in just a few minutes! I've been to several doctors in these years and was led to believe that my problem was one that I'd have to live with due to birthing a nine pound baby. I also didn't know that a proctologist was the type of doctor I needed. I've been to some gynecologists AND Gastroenterologists. They all sent me away with no aide. My life was miserable in regards to digestion because I always knew what would happen if I ate any breads or meats. However, the gastrointestinal specialist, Dr. Caradonna, kindly told me who I needed to see. No longer am I going to be in need of buying a full box of wipes per week. I am FINALLY on the mend and couldn't be more grateful for Dr. Theobald and his staff! Thank you! And, thank God for enabling me to find such a gem.

I’m 37 years old bad had a thrombosis in a hemorrhoid which was agonizing me. I work in ems and I later found out this is common for people in this industry. I contacted Dr.Theobald and was seen within a few days of my call. He presented all treatment options and informed me of the risks and benefits of each and allowed me to make a treatment plan. In a few minutes I had relief of symptoms and detailed instructions on after care and what to expect.
