I am a LCSW with 22 years of post masters experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work with adults, adolescents and older adults Often many people will put others in their lives before themselves, not realizing if they are hurting they are not often productive with helping others. My fee is $130.00 per 50 minute session and offer sliding fees if necessary.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
