Not helpful
Had a few telehealth visits. She was very nice but spent quite a bit of our short time talking about herself and sounded distracted. Also after telling her about something very heavy that had happened to me she started talking about the weather outside. Strange and not helpful. Better off talking to a friend for a few minutes honestly.
