Dr Min is great! She has been knowledgeable, thorough, and reassuring as I am a new mother. The one star is because her receptionist is AWFUL. No Hello when we walked in, even after I said hello. (we were the only people there) She was aggressive, rude, condescending, and disrespectful to us. She does not belong in pediatrics or in front of people at all for that matter. Dr Min is the opposite of these things and I hope she finds a replacement who shows her high quality traits from the beginning as these appointments can be stressful without the added pressure.

It would be more helpful if Dr. Min can ask more questions and give more advice to the parent during the visit. The wait was ridiculously long - over an hour from scheduled appointment time. The reception/nurse has horrible attitude, she was extremely rude with no manners.

Great service. I ever been to Duke to do physical exam. They didn't give me any advise after finishing up examine. The doctor even didn't review my report. Doctor Min is totally different. She went through my report with me one by one and explain what healthy plan I should make to improve my health. For example, do more practice, and eat less red meat to improve my blood and so forth. Very comprehensive. Highly recommend!

Great Doctor, nice and easy to talk to and excellent in diagnosis and treatment. Great attention to details. Spent time with patients and explain things well and address my questions. My child had protein allergy that was not diagnosed and treated properly by other clinics. After seeing Dr Min, the problem was found and treated effectively. Doctor's response to my request over the week and after-hours have been great, which you will not find in many places nowadays. The front desk is nice as wel
