Zach spends time listening to the patient and addressing concerns. He is very responsive and helpful. Also seems to be very knowledgeable. I prefer to see him over my doc.

My wife had a bad nite last night
That one muscle relaxer that Penny took she had a bad reaction. She was hallucinating, hearing voices and kept saying she could not swallow. We cannot access Follow My Health.

Excellent in communication and issue resolution!
I've only interacted with Zach via the patient portal. I was getting ready to travel for business with a few days of my first message, my scripts needed to be filled early due to being out of town during the correct time for filling. I had the approval from Maristela on early fills due to circumstances. within a day b4 traveling, i received MAJOR pushback and complexity from pharmacy...I maintained quick responsive feedback to Zach in the patient portal, and Zach had quick responses, and comprehension of the complexity with my issue, he then communicated with pharmacy, kept Maristela informed constantly! Zach was single handedly the reason for why this particular issue was resolved! Excellent to work with. Also relies on the responsiveness of the patient!! Zach is great!
