Flexible and Approachable!
Alex is great, when Maristela's schedule is blocked up, Alex is a great compliment to Maristela! She strives for improvement, and availability is a strength in her book! I made an appt that was much needed for my wife thru my own portal (explaining the scenario) and Alex was able to understand completely, contacted my wife and then followed up with me to acknowledge my message!
