I left in tears
I was referred by my primary care physician. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and no longer can take anti-inflammatory medicines due to Kidney failure. Yvonne Clark, although though she had access to my drug screenings, diagnosis' through MyChart, treated me with an accusatory attitude, provided a hostile environment and left me in tears. She then misconstrued information convey back to my primary almost sabotaging my existing care. Beware! Yvonne Clark is unprofessional, inept and dangerous to your existing care.
