If she had done some basic research or had studied my wife's history she would have sent my wife for testing for lung cancer--instead with a family history of lung cancer and a chronic cough for two months Michelle Bizzarro said my wife just had either pneumonia or allergies and take some cough medicine and check back in a few months. A proper diagnosis could have led to early detection of lung cancer instead of finding out five months later--lost treatment time that might have made a difference.

I received a letter from her saying I am being dismissed from her practice after going to her for two years. Attached were 3 dates over the course of two years that I missed an appointment. I received no warning, no information this was even a thing. Two of those dates were missed because her office does not answer the phone or call back voicemails, for me they were needed to be changed to virtual appointments (which cannot be done in the app), so now I am punished for that and am left dry in the middle of multiple health prognoses.

Michelle was awesome. I appreciated her seeing me since I'm not technically her patient but my primary provider was out. She was very kind, listened to all of my concerns and symptoms. I would love to see her again if and when needed!
