Incredible therapist!
Wen Chi changed my life. I was living with crippling anxiety due to PTSD and did her zen institute program where I learned CBT+ DBT and started doing EMDR. Thanks to her, I now live pretty much anxiety free. She's amazing!!!

As a former Hospital Discharge Planner/Social Worker as well as a current Behavioral Health provider in private practice, I have been referring patients and clients to the Zen Institute for approximately seven years now for DBT/EMDR treatment. I can honestly say from my professional experience, that those former patients and/or current clients of mine, that have completed the necessary treatment over at the Zen Institute, have consistently referred to their experience as “transformative” and “life changing”! That is why I continue referring clients of mine that warrant top-notch DBT/EMDR treatment here in Southern Arizona. I am also happy to report that the Zen Institute now takes additional insurance plans, which helps with clients being able to complete this essential treatment.
