Tiffany! She is wonderful. She was assigned/ chosen for me at random. I got really lucky to have her as my therapist. She is so down to earth. So very resourceful and, she is always respectful and patient with me. She has taught me very useful coping techniques, and shes also awesome, because she gives examples of how to use these skills situationally. She even writes it down for me incase i forget, lol. Im thankful for her. Im learning how to live my best life & feeling freed from anxieties.
