Amazing Birth Experience
She delivered my baby girl in July 2024. It was my first birth. I wanted to go natural and unmedicated. She was very respectful of my birth plan. Everything went accordingly. Her team of midwives and L&D nurses are the best in Toledo area hands down!! They rlly listen to you. I like how small the L&D is compared to other places. Best place to deliver a baby besides a home birth.

I had came to Susan with a recent concern regarding my pregnancy, to which I felt entirely brushed off. You hope to feel reassured and validated with your concerns being a first time mom. I told her about my recent symptoms that I have never experienced before in my pregnancy, I was very worried. To which I was just left with the question “why do you think this is ‘x’ condition??” And then respond with the blanket statement that everything I said was normal in early pregnancy. It was frustrating knowing that I had never experienced such symptoms before and gave me no recommendations besides to go to urgent care if it gets worse. I do understand that providers can loose sympathy within the mix of things but my concerns were entirely dismissed.
