He is very personable and easy to talk to. I told him about my skin issues and what has worked in the past and he was very receptive. He's helped my skin improve greatly. He comes across and very caring.

After a really subpar and discouraging dermatology referral in Blacksburg, I had given up on finding a solution. However, I received recommendations to try Steven Evans. I am so glad! Steven listened to me, took his time examining the affected areas and not only diagnosed the problem but explained what was going on and why. He gave me several options for treatment and the easiest one worked very well. He gave me the impression that he cared. This is the opposite of what I had experienced with another PA.

Steven Evans is now working at Derm one in Radford, Virginia and at Derm one in Wytheville,Virginia.

Where does Steven Evans practice at now. I had an appointment with him in the Wytheville office, I was told that he did not work there any more.

Steve Evans is one of favorite medical professionals. I cannot imagine a negative review about him. He is friendly, easy-going, and knowledgeable. Visits with him are as stress free as a medical visit can be. A quote from Steve, "if you've got a problem, I've got a problem". That sums it up.

He's the best around. If I had a suggestion for readers, I would tell you to totally ignore any negative reviews about Steve Evan's. He must have told them something they refused to accept. He treats me and my family and is ALWAYS caring and very professional. He is amazing in his knowledge of Dermatology and I wouldnt trust anyone else. You will not be disappointed if you truly need your skin issues medically treated, and not cosmetically treated. I know they have an aesthetician for that.

Steve is an amazing provider. He took great care of my and and eased my fears. I never give reviews, but felt this was necessary as to he diagnosed and treated my son with compassion and care. I will be telling all my family and friends to see him for any dermatology care they would need.

He is so compassionate and really cares about his patients..... I came to him with skin issues and was severely depressed too and he not only cheered me up , also made me look better... I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Evans and all the staff. I would recommend him to everyone.

Steve is very professional and knowledgeable. He has an excellent demeanor and puts you at ease. He seems well prepared to address most issues immediately without numerous returns to the office. The staff including the nurses and office are very professional and accommodating.

Mr. Evans always takes time to answer questions and to check on any problems old and new ones . He will always take the time to see you. As far as I'm concerned he is one of best in Dermatology . I would recommend Mr. Evans to my family and friends.

Worst bedside manner ever.

I would never recommend Dr. Evans. Each time I tried to explain my issue, he already had a pre-conceived notion of what I was going to say. The reason for my visit was, for most, routine, but for me required aggressive treatment. Each attempt to explain this fell on def ears. I asked him to look at the notes from my previous visit detailing the complications then. He refused and treated it as textbook. He said to just come back if it didn't work. Poor listener, poor communication.

Steve is an awesome guy and helped me banish my acne for good! Highly recommend.
