Dr. Gainers and her staff is awesome. She is outstanding in taking care of all my needs, hair skin and medical aspects of the dermatology program. She is very knowledgeable, professional and caring doctor. Her office was very clean and just a beautiful place to relax while enjoying her care.

Dr.Gainers is one of the best that I have ever encountered. I have seen several dermatologists over the years, however, hands down she is absolutely amazing. She created and provided information for my hair that was created specifically for me. As you enter the office, you immediately feel relaxed because the atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous and inviting. Her receptionist is the sweetest. Her assistant takes photos of my progress during each visit. I feel like I model in the chair. He is kind and very considerate. Dr. Gainers took a biopsy and before the procedure asked what type of music I would like to listen to, then she changed all the music in the center to calming gospel music just for me. Her follow up appointments have been monthly, not too far spaced out, therefore she can monitor my progress and adjust as needed. Over the last few months, we have seen growth and improvement. She is knowledgeable and caring. She is gentle and by far the best listener. I highly recommend her.

I've been to Dr. Gainers' twice and the service I've received so far, from herself, her assistant, and her receptionist, is beyond excellent. It's been a while since I've been to a physician practice where the physician gives me all of their attention, takes ample time to listen to my concerns, and provides treatment recommendations after a thorough examination. Dr. Gainers' consultation approach is not the one you'd get at a typical physician practice. She is fully dedicated to you during your appointment and doesn't share your time slot with another patient. There are no crazy wait times and she's not in and out of the room after just 5-10 mins. She diagnosed the cause of my hair loss and put me on a treatment plan that I felt very comfortable with. I'm looking forward to continuing working with her.
