It was terrible. She was cold and she treated us like a name to check off on her list. My husband left with her giving him a prescription to "correct" his vision. He recieved more information with the lady that fits him for his frames and bill's the insurance. I'm rather sure, she is not the one with a PHD. I had to try my best to explain to my husband what a stigmatism was. Be had never had glasses before and we sat for 15 minutes after the apt. With him trying to wrap his head around what exactly was wrong with his vision!
