Dr. Timothy Bradshaw, OD

I wanted to see my ophthalmologist Dr Saini but she wasn’t available for two weeks so staff suggested I see Dr Bradshaw who had an appointment the next day. Dr Bradshaw was nice although I had to wait 45 minutes to see him. He suggested that dry eyes were my problem not necessarily an infection and suggested several good things to try to alleviate my symptoms.

Ihad a wonderful experience going to Southwestern Eye Center. Everybody from the moment i got there was very nice and helpful. When i was called back, i was recieved with a very caring person who made me feel like it wasn't my first time there. She was extremely professional and made the experience that much better. When the Dr came in, again, very professional and very knowledgeable on why i went there in the first place. I would definitely recommend going there.

Dr. Bradshaw and his team were very focused and thorough after my cataract surgeries. He listens and I got immediate attention when my pressure was too high and painful. I felt very confident in him, his communication with surgeon and his technicians.

This was my first visit to Southwestern Eye Center and I could not be happier. While, like every other doctor's office, the wait to see the doctor after your scheduled appointment time is long, the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, and the personal attention and care you receive is terrific. The medical support staff is very knowledgeable and Dr Bradshaw is an excellent listener who explains your issues very well.

He has been my go to eye care professional fo the last 7 years. He has helped me with getting the correct prescription for glasses, and when cateracts needed care, arranged for that as well. Most recently I had trouble with droopy upper eyelids. This he arranged, on follow up removed the stitches and I can again read comfortably. Thank you Dr Bradshaw

This was my first meeting with Dr. Bradshaw. I had an excellent initial exam and an excellent follow-up with Dr. Bradshaw. Quite pleased with my exam.

I had cataract surgery done on both eyes at SWEYE. A month after my second surgery, Dr. Timothy Bradshaw gave me an eye exam and a prescription for new eyeglasses. Immediately after getting my new glasses, I sensed something was wrong. After 10 days of waiting to see if my eyes would adjust to the new prescription, I went to another optometrist to see if my glasses had been made according to Dr. Bradshaw's prescription. They were made correctly. I then had an eye exam by this other optometrist and the result was a prescription that was significantly different from the one Dr. Bradshaw gave me. I wrote Dr. Bradshaw about his error and suggested that he waive his eye exam charge because of his error and all the extra expenses I had from getting an additional eye exam and another pair of glasses. Dr. Bradshaw took no responsibility for his error. I refuse to pay for a bad eyeglass prescription!

Dr. Bradshaw has a great bedside manner and is thorough. He answered all my questions. His MA was terrific as well. Staff at check-in and checkout are also extremely efficient and pleasant. I also had questions for the optical department and Sarah was very helpful.

Everyone was was friendly and efficient. Waiting time was pleasantly short. CDC protocols observed. Insurances accepted. Cost very reasonable.
