I went in for a upper respiratory infection and staph infection. During the visit, S.Darville asked me questions regarding my symptoms. She suggested that my staph infection was viral. I stated that it was inside my nose due to a cut that caused the staph infection. Therefore, I should be prescribed antibiotics. I have had several occurrences of this before. She agreed and stated she would prescribe an antibiotic. I even stated that I wouldn't prefer anything topical as it's inside my nose and she said it would be antibiotics. I left to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy and went home. I read the instructions and I even had to Google the medication as I'd never heard of this before or been prescribed it. It's a prescription for HERPES. It also included a topical for HERPES. This staph infection is inside my nose. I have never had HERPES and I do not currently have HERPES. I am very upset, staph infection can lead to mrsa. Lies to patients and gives wrong medication.
