Just Wow!
Lauren is the best! Knowledgeable, kind and patient! Without her support my experience would have been quite different. As the wife of a heart surgery patient, my stress level was high for lots of days. During the almost 30 day hospital experience that my husband had, she was one of the many shining lights at Cleveland Clinic that championed the way to recovery for my husband. She always answered all of our questions and was a calming and steady influence. An angel here on earth. They don’t come much better, kinder or smarter. There are really no words…
