Left official complaint too - avoid at all costs
I’ve had two visits with her - one of which she refused to treat me for fluid in both ears (even tho in my after visit notes it clearly states fluid was seen). The second I went in for severe back pain and stated at the beginning I did not want pain medication due to my job and I just wanted recommendations of how to treat it myself (i.e. acetamin, heat, rest, etc.). I stated it was spasms around my spine - meaning muscle. It was so severe I was often in tears and could hardly move - couldn’t drive. The first sentence she said to me was “We don’t treat pain here.” I reminded her I was not asking for treatment but recommendations of coping, but she doubled down on her first sentence, so I left the exam room and went to the front desk and asked for a business card of someone to file a complaint with. She followed me and began an argument of “we don’t treat spine pain” - to which I again stated it was spasms around my spine meaning muscle. While crying in pain she continued to yell at me.

I saw Shannon Glynn at St. Luke’s Urgent Care because the NP at Walgreens’s Min. Clinic said I required tests she did not have access to when I came in for an ear, throat, and chest infection. Glynn refused to treat my ear or chest. She tested me for strep and flu despite my accurate prediction both would be negative. When I repeated requests for ear and chest exams or treatment because I cannot afford a follow up and my GP is out of town, she began quizzing me about my finances. When I explained that having gone to the hospital would likely leave me bedridden for a couple days, despite being aware of my lifelong incurable disabling illness, she loudly laughed in my face. Not guffawed, but full on laughed. She then ignored my repeated requests for the hospital wheelchair I was already told I would be provided. She forced me to walk after her, yelling at me every time I had to rest. I don’t know how long I was collapsed in an elevator before a dr found and helped me.
