Relationship between patient and physician
Dr. Baysa is great physician, and she spend a good amount of time patients and family explaining and listening to their concerns. I was hoping to be with her since my first child, but she didn't have any openings until my last child. I'm so happy that we are with her now.

Been coming to Dr. Baysa since my son was born. She is amazing. Super caring, and dedicated. She takes the time to make sure you get individual attention, and answers all questions and concerns thoroughly. We live in Lawson, and still come down to NKCH to see her. Couldn't imagine taking my kids to anyone else.

It has been 11 years since we moved to another state, but we still think about the wonderful care Dr. Baysa-Ng provide for our three older children. She always listened to our observations and concerns and because of this, found an ear infection and pneumonia, on two separate ovations, that could have easily been missed by a less engaged and competent provider. She is truly exceptional. Thank you Dr. Baysa-Ng!!!

She has seen my 4 kids since my first was born almost 9 years ago. She is thorough and truly listens and takes the time to answer any questions you may have.

I have 12 children and we've had Dr. Baysa taking care of our family since 2013. She's seen us through many illnesses as well as keeping us health with well child care. She always takes the time to listen to both me and my children and I feel she really cares about our family and makes decisions about our healthcare only after hearing what we have to say. We really appreciate her and everyone at Meritas Pediatrics.

Dr. Baysa was great for preventative health only. Once we had an illness it was impossible to get in. When we finally did, she rushed through and didn't make us feel heard. She is great for preventative - but we are switching to someone who is easier to get in to and doesn't make us feel so rushed.

Dr. Baysa-Ng has been with Northland Pediatric Associates since 1996.  She and her husband have two children. When away from the office, Dr. Baysa-Ng’s interests include playing the piano, cross-stitching and traveling.
