I absolutely loved sara, she was very pleasant and actually listened to my issues. She actually took care of a major issue I had that day in the office. She followed up on appointments and lab results fairly quick.

Does NOT follow through in a timely manner. Gets overwhelmed by too many appointments being scheduled and forgets to send in prescriptions as requested and make referrals as promised.
