Took my 96 year old father to see Ms. Ashburn for routine care and was very pleased. However, after a hospital stay (in thru ER) for pneumonia, the hospital doctor recommended a repeat test in 4 weeks to confirm a possible diagnosis of cancer. First her office dropped the ball on scheduling the test, causing us to wait 8 weeks, and then they could not (or would not) look in his record to confirm they had the results for his upcoming appointment. Instead, we were pushed out another three weeks. Ms. Ashburn is great, very personable, and we felt like she listened to our concerns. But the staff has no sense of urgency in scheduling tests or follow-up after the test.
