It took a long time to schedule this appointment, the the staff and provider very courteous, friendly and professional. I am someone who spends time being curious about my health and reading and researching information, as well as practicing health and wellness. Sometimes I feel there is not enough time for conversations and questions, but overall I think the gist of my visit was addressed

When I saw Dr Springhetti she's an awesome doctor. She sound out a referral for an ultrasound and a vaginal scan due two issues I've been having with bloating because of my age and my history of constipation. She was nice enough to think of having that done. I found I do have a fibroid on my uterus which I would not have ever thought of going to have that done. Had she not ordered that for me now I'm able to go to gynecologist doctor to discuss the findings. I will be forever grateful for her thinking of doing that for me. She's a very very good doctor. Very caring and very concerned about her patience well-being all around, not just a GI doctor. That's very rare

The visit was great. She ordered an additional exam and it's been over a week and no one has called to schedule the appointment. I'll call and see if I can resolve, but it is frustrating.

PA RKS-S is an amazing health care provider and has changed my opinion of seeing a PA over a doctor. I believe she has expert knowledge in her area and spends more time with me that most doctors have in the past. Her practice should be the model for provider-patient interactions.
