Overall I think Ella is compassionate and tries to listen to my concerns and how to best help me. She takes the time to hear my symptoms and concerns. She has ordered tests to figure out my problems and has not seemed pushy about medicine, which I appreciate. I think having a bit more info on conditions and how to treat without medicine would be beneficial in understanding how to navigate managing a condition.
