Great listener, very engaged

Explains lab results and any upcoming treatments or procedures so that I understand what to expect and prepare gfor.

Rose is very easy to talk to and it is apparent that she is very knowledgeable about GI problems and treatment. I appreciate her listening to me.

Dr. Ramirez and her staff including the front staff are wonderful people. She listens to you very well and treats accordingly. I didn't have to wait it was very quick.

Mrs. Ramirez and her nurse were good office staff was hateful and rude.

My experience has always been positive, I don't feel like I'm being rushed. I appreciate that she took the time to explain the types of medications currently prescribed for UC and allowed my input, I've had the disease for over twenty years. She is straightforward which I can understand may not be to everyone's way in communicating, but works for me.

Ms Ramirez has a very professional operation. Staff are all friendly and considerate. Ms. Ramirez is very pleasant and solidly versed in her field. I like that she likes to insure that the patient hears and understands what is going on in the liver. Likewise, a very good thing is that she is prompt with analysis of blood tests. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

We always wait more than 20-30 minutes to be seen. Rose has a direct approach which comes across as uncaring. She seemed to almost laugh when my daughter started to cry. it was heartbreaking as a parent to watch and she could work on her bedside manner to be more sensitive in helping a patient as the central focus. I understand healthcare is a hard profession with difficult people at times, but she made us feel bad for things we can't necessarily control. and she gave bad advice about anesthesia. I didn't appreciate that either, seems no though went into our care.

Best experience I’ve had. Rose was very descriptive about everything. I’m glad I went there for my second opinion. Definitely made the right decision.

PA Ramirez was considerate of my issues and took the time to discuss and evaluate my situation. She showed considerable knowledge and expertise in the gastrointestinal field. She reviewed pros and cons with me as well as provided options. I would see her again and recommend her to others with similar issues or needs.

She was helpful in explaining what she wanted to do

She was thorough and professional. She followed up with results of blood tests/ultrasound immediately and responded quickly when I had questions about results.

Rose Ramirez was very thorough, spent a lot of time with me and is very genuine. She reviewed thoroughly re: my history and family hx, medications, vitamins, symptoms,etc. Recommended procedures related to my age group. I felt as thought I was with an Internal Medicine Physician due to her in depth visit. I felt very good after leaving the office knowing she did a thorough medical and physical assessment. I highly recommend Rosa Ramirez to others.

I recently had my first visit, and I was most impressed with everyone else in the office instead of the doctor. Everyone else was super friendly and personable. I just moved from out of state so I was establishing care here on this visit. My previous GI doctors were amazing, so my bar is set high. Rose was competent enough, but not nearly as personable as the rest of the office, or even my previous GIs. My only complaint is that after she examined my Fistula and drain, I was in severe pain and had major bleeding for the next week. It was horrible. That has certainly never happened before with any doctor. We’ll see how the next visit goes I guess.

She showed concern for my health

I was in to see Rose Ramirez for bad constipation. She was though and explained some things to me. She provide how to make and take cocktail that works quite well. She ordered a Colonoscopy since it has be over 10 years since I had one. At my age I had to agree. Over all She was very helpful for me.

Recently was my first visit. I really like Dr Ramirez and her staff was excellent also. My only complaint was them stressing for me to be 30 minutes early for my 1:30 appointment so I was there at 12:45 and had to wait till 2:30 to see Dr. I had received paperwork in mail so I had that completed when I arrived. Due to Covid this left my husband waiting in car for almost 3 hours by the time I had to wait again and have lab work done
