Great appointment!
My appointment was perfect. I have had to work hard at advocating for myself which ultimately led to me changing doctors, and seeing Dr Volak. He was totally on board with helping me get my situation resolved. He listens at a level I find rare, didn't rush and is clearly very knowledgable. I'm grateful to be in his care.

Exceptional communication skills
Dr. Volak has a gift of making the most embarrassing medical issues easy to talk about. His warm and genial manner always make his patient feel comfortable. He listens intently to any concerns, and answers all questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. His medical expertise is first rate. He has resolved a variety of medical issues for me as well as performing routine colonoscopies. I could not ask for a doctor who is more reassuring and compassionate, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I recommend him without reservation.

The Best office I have ever visited !!!
From the time you enter you are treated to become relaxed and assured you made the right choice-from the receptionist to the nurses and especially Dr Volak the atmosphere is one of friendly confidence. And I was getting a rotorruter!!

Great Doctor!
He was patient and answered any and all of our questions. He had reviewed my chart before coming in the room, so he knew a great amount of my medical history. Dr. Volak also has exceptional communication skills. He made us feel at ease about my upcoming procedure, and I completely trust him. He took time with our appointment l, and did not rush us out the door. I would certainly recommend Dr. Volak to anyone facing any and all gastric issues. You would be hard pressed to find a better physician! Great doctor but an even better person! You can tell he genuinely cares about your well being

Excellent communicators
Office staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. Dr. Volak explains everything clearly and accurately. His support staff likewise are thorough. His NP, Candy Williams, is likewise thorough. I'm so glad I found Dr. Volak, etc. where I receive the best GI care I've ever experienced. My health has improved under his care.
