Never had to wait more than 15 minutes. He fixed a massive RC tear and he went exactly as he said he would like it to go. Great communicator and just plain nice guy. Never seemed rushed. But he is a type A guy, like most surgeons, so be prepared with your questions ahead of time. He is busy and ready to move on, but will take the time to fully answer any questions. asked. I highly recommend.

I arrived 15 minutes early for a 1:45 appointment to fill out paperwork as a first time patient. At 2:45, I finally left after not seeing the doctor, not hearing from anyone about when I would be seen, and falling asleep in the waiting room. This guy obviously does not care how long his patients sit in the waiting room and has no concern for anyone's time but his own. There are many shoulder surgeons in Dallas that won't make you wait for an hour just to be seen.

This doctor's mind is somewhere else. He is so quick and eager to get out of the exam room. His office staff is rude and incompetent. They can't even complete the most simplest forms correctly.
