Part of the problem with Healthcare in America
Office staff was ok, x ray tech Jong was really doing good work. Kishan was dismissive of my child's pain and speaking without even a hint of trauma informed care. He looked at the xrays said my child needed to stretch and sent them along as though we'd wasted his time. He needs to work on his bedside manner, but I guess all he has to do is surgery, right? My child cried and he practically laughed. Take some time to get trained please. Do better.

A 10 year-old's perspective
I asked our child how the visit was today and was told: "Dr. K. was funny, he made my arm not hurt so much and I got to skip some school." 10/10! Dr. Kishan has very nice people who work with him, he was interested, took his time and had good explanations. I highly recommend this office.

We love Dr. Kishan. He did a spinal fusion on my daughter in the beginning of November 2016. Just to say this I was terrified bc that's my baby. We seen him for pre op and he explained everything. After surgery he came and checked on her. We are sad to know he's leaving Riley. In my honest opinion I wouldn't have chosen another surgeon to do my daughter's surgery. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Office at Riley was a mess. Cancelling surgery multiple times over a year due to not coordinating pre-op tests. Rude and refuses to be accountable
