Slow for prior authorization
I went there on Friday August 2nd to get a prior authorization for my continuous glucose monitor. I told her I haven't had my sensor in a week and a half. She sent the prior authorization almost a week later.

Unprofessional
Spoke of dexcom and issues and not wanting to do this permanently. She went off on me like no one's business. She asked if I was on drugs. True story. Never have I done that. She said it was a legitimate question. She said I don't care yet here I am at the Dr's and numbers improved. I told her she was very unprofessional. She was full of attitude, yelling at me. I have to find somewhere else to go. No one should be treated this way. She should be FIRED at how she treated me.
