The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming. My intake was done quickly and professionaly. Dr. Ferenczi is extremly caring and thorough.

I called and asked do they charge for telemed appointments. They said no. I just had to pay for two telement appointments. One of the appointments was stating that it was a lab, which, I already have paid for, but they were too embarrassed to state on the billing statement that this is actually a tell him what appointment from January. I told the nurse Kelsey that my sugar was super high in the morning and she gave me very unprofessional advice of saying 'ust take extra insulin at night.' I had a doctor and not a nurse give me that same advice. I went to bed and woke up with four paramedics over my head. That PA Kelsey who works for Dr Reddy should not be practicing medicine giving out unprofessional advice. I'm not returning to this office because the staff sucks. I actually called the billing department and asked what the charges were, the lady was looking through and said I don't know what they're char Dr Reddy is excellent in sits with her patients and explains things thoroughly.

1st appt. Poor office communication, experience was not patient-centered. My insurance deductibles were fully satsified but I had to pay $250 before seen by medical staff. They neglected to get labs while I was there (told me to go). Majority of staff was rushed and impersonable.2nd appt. I'm experienced in virtual appointments - nothing was sent in advance to connect, their technology is poor, I could not connect to their text link. The 2nd appt. was to follow up on ultrasound and labs (not completed). I'm a new patient and don't know their protocols, shy wasn't I contacted when labs were missed by the office? Worthless waste of time.
