HORRIBLE. She had a very poor bedside manner and asked the same questions even though I had just answered them. She did nothing to help me or address why I was there. She was not compassionate or empathetic. I had to call my primary care after leaving to get care. He was apologetic and prescribed me what I needed so I could breathe. Very scary that she is in medicine and treating patients poorly during a pandemic.

Miss Salerno is professional yet warm and considerate, knowledgeable and intelligent. Excellent communication skills. She addressed my hand injury issue during my visit today at the Florida Healthcare clinic in Port Orange.

I highly rate Rachel Salerno's diagnostic skills based upon her quick and accurate identification of several issues I have had and her sending me to the correct specialist. I also feel that she was very careful and accurate in performing a complete physical exam for me.
