Horrible doctor! She doesn't care about her patients.

Staff does not answer phone calls, and when they do answer the call they are very obstinate. The staff is rude. They will not return calls, even to their answering service. I highly do not recommend Conviva Care on Beville road.

Are you looking for excellent medical care? If the answer is yes, please embrace this advice to stay as far away from this office as you can get. Unfortunately this MetCare office, from my observation is too unprofessional- the patient is a burden, an annoyance, and an interruption on the staff’s time. My elderly mother has been in pain for weeks due to being misdiagnosed- The level of incompetence in this office is astonishing- The office of Dr. Rizalina Leuterio should not even be considered.

Terrible. I’m a nurse who called on behalf of my father. She blatantly lied to me and when I called her out on the lie, she changed her story, but still wouldn’t do her job. She absolutely has no care for patients. As a human being, I’m disturbed by her dismissal of care. As a health care professional I’m enraged. She is the type of provider who dismisses issues and just directs you to urgent care, so she doesn’t have to do her job. If you value your health, do not go to her.

New patient in Dr. Leuterio's METCARE South Daytona location. Very satisfied. She was able to correctly diagnose swelling in my left leg which last physician had failed to do for two years.

No, just no. Even though I've had escalating issues foe 2 years, she never prescribed anything, never did any tests.

Hard to reach office. Not good bed side manner.

Been a patient for many years. Staff changes constantly. Not certain what is happening, there seems to be someone else on computer along with doctor, taking down information. Can never seem to get an appointment when I am sick, to the point I've had to use emergency due to not being able to schedule me.

She is a horrible doctor. Never there. Staff is the worst! So disorganized and rude. She constantly reschedules your appointments with very little notice. She has a high turn over in staff. She is very rude! She even fell asleep when I was talking to her about what was going on with a recent hospital stay. If I didn't have Humana I would have already switched!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Her office gave private information to my family without consent. THATS A HUGE HIPAA VILOATION. Awful! Don't ever go there!!!

She does not care about her patients and her office stuff are all very rude. I over heard them screaming at someone on the phone and it was very unprofessional. I have been waiting now 3 weeks for someone to call in my medication for my heart and no far no luck. I have gone there, had the pharmacy call, left messages. I am better off going to an urgent care.

Very good , caring, listens to what her patients have to say. Spends time with you. Explains things very well, making sure patients understand whats being said . I trust her judgment, she does truly care about you. NOT some pill pusher like so many doctors are these days.
