Very unprofessional, inpatient, and rude to an autistic child. She just left the room instead of trying to work with us.

Friendly enough, but charged $352 for eye exam and contact fitting and refraction. Didn't bother to tell me I would owe $152 on top of what they billed insurance. I told them what my insurance limit was when I made my appt. should have done my homework. Rainbow Optics charges far less for the same services . DI YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR APPT HERE.

I will not recommend her office to anyone!!! Told my insurance was in network by office staff. After my appointments paid 189.00 was told they are not in network.
Givin a prescription for antibiotics and no instruction other than how many drops per day. Not how long to use them. Was told my recheck app. Would be another 189.00. Very unhappy with over all service.
