Not just a physician
Dr Rossman is probably one of the most friendly and professional people I've ever met. Aside from being my doctor dealing with a very specialized version of keratoconus, him and his entire staff have helped me deal with personal issues on the side. It's very refreshing to finally have a doctor who cares more about people and helping them than he does about making money. I very highly recommend him to anybody needing anything optical related. Also this thing with the automated messaging, yes it's true about how they contact, but I guarantee you they respond extremely fast. Jaz has been nothing but amazing in replying to me. If it's something very important they will call you or you can call them. ***** 5 Stars of 5

No Phone
They don’t answer their phones. A automated system answers and offers to text you with appointment information. Good doctor, but I won’t stay at a place that won’t answer the phone.

I recently went to Sterling Vision for a routine eye exam and new glasses. I was greeted kindly and promptly met with Dr Rossman. During my exam a potential eye health issue became evident. I was scheduled for additional testing to further explore the concern. I greatly appreciated Dr. Rossman’s concern and timely action. Throughout, both he and his staff were professional, informative and kind. My glasses arrived on time and work well after a small in office adjustment. I can give Dr. Rossman and Sterling Vision my highest recommendation based on the quality of their service and care as well as their product.

This is by far the best vision center I have ever been to. The DR. And staff were fantastic. I was there under less than normal circumstances as I had injured my left eye. They cared for me with cheerfulness and professionalism. I felt very welcome, safe and secure. This will be my office for all my vision needs. Teddy Robinson Salem, Oregon
