Nicole Shenk, DPT is a professional, knowledgeable, courteous, compassionate, and innovative physical therapist. I was in the Virginia Hospital Center Inpatient Rehab Center following above-the-knee amputation of my right leg. Nicole was my therapist, and worked with me to teach me new techniques and exercises to help me adapt to my new sensations. Specifically, Nicole taught me specific muscle isolation techniques and practices to assist me in torsional control and trigger point therapy. Dr
