I went to her practice DTC medical weight loss. It is a hoax. I was treated poorly by the receptionist by the medical assistant and also by the np Sheeder. They got my name wrong and when I corrected her, she said whatever and got even more of an attitude. She did not apologize for the over an hour wait or getting my information incorrect. This practice seems more interested in pushing the weight loss medication and not the patient’s total health. my diet and healthcare history was not discussed. She indicated it was my fault and it is that I’m overweight, but it also has to do with my I am in menopause and the fact that I had a hysterectomy Very rude inconsiderate you do not cheat your patience like trash made me feel I wouldn’t go back unless you like being treated like you’re at a used car sales dealership. I don’t know how this office or facility gets good reviews. They overbook their staff speaks. And are rude and they are just in it for the money
